Description of Service

BuildWordle is a free, browser-based word puzzle game that allows users to play solo or compete in multiplayer mode. The game is inspired by the Wordle format and offers unlimited gameplay without requiring account registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate nicknames
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or hacks
• Attempt to access other users' data or game sessions
• Use the Service to harass or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

User Content

The only user content you provide is your chosen nickname and any feedback you submit. You are responsible for ensuring your nickname is appropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate without notice.

Intellectual Property

The BuildWordle name, logo, and original content are owned by us. The game design and code are our property. The word puzzle format we use is inspired by Wordle, which is a trademark of The New York Times Company (see Trademark Notice below).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Game room data is automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
